We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-12 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain jewelry and intimate wear items are non-returnable unless received damaged.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pincodes within India. A nominal COD convenience fee may apply at checkout.
Are your jewelry pieces anti-tarnish?
Most of our contemporary jewelry collection is crafted with high-quality plating designed to be water-resistant and anti-tarnish. We recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes for longevity.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
